Refund Policy for The AV Barn Store

Thank you for shopping with The AV Barn Store. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

  • You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to cancel.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds for products returned in their original condition, including:

  • Unused items in their original packaging.

  • Items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described from new.

Refunds may not be granted for:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or damaged by misuse.

  • Items returned outside the cancellation period without prior agreement.

  • Consumable or perishable items such as liquids or batteries. This list is not extensive.

3. Process for Returns

  2. Package the items securely and include a copy of your proof of purchase.

  3. Please use only clear packing tape on the original packaging and do not apply any labels or additional adhesive material(s) to the product packaging. We strongly recommend wrapping the product(s) in an outer protective layer such as a cardboard box/bubble wrap. If this is not followed, we may charge a handling fee of up to 35%.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days, and the funds will be returned to your original payment method.

  • The product(s) must be returned in the original condition you received the item(s) in. If there are signs of use, mishandling, or damage to any part of the product or packaging, we will change a minimum restocking fee of 40% of the value of the item(s).

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Shipping Costs

If you cancel your order within the 14-day period, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items.
